I have just read up on this song and have this to forward for those interested

Written by Lennon, he described this song as fancy paper around an empty box - but even so, it was so good a song it seemed that no one noticed. He further describes it as "another horror. " He felt it was "full of fake wisdom, of those philosophically lightweight days when it seemed as if the world could be turned on its axis by a tab of acid and a few seconds thought."Still, it is one of the best musically on the album. You've done it again mate! and, again I'm reading this in my lunch break at work. My vertual air guitar is out and I'm having a bit of a hum. Great song, another to work on tonight.

Strangely Rodders and I were jamming at the weekend and he was taking me through changing from Bm to B#m7 and F#m to F#m7 barre chords on some 12 barre blues chord progressions. Could be useful here.

That bionic hand of yours is obviously improving greatly.

Yeah, great song from Revolver. I still rank "I'm Only Sleeping" as my favourite from the album but this is a close second
