Riff 1: Played on one string (B)

     C Am F G
B|-8/13~~~~~-----13-8/10~~~~~------10-5/6------6-6-6/13--1312108~~~--

INTRO: (With Riff 1)
C | Am | F | G 2x

Verse
                C Am
I've been down - I've been beat
	             F G
I've been so tired-that I could not speak
	           C Am
I've been so lost that I could not see
	        F G
I wanted things that were out of reach
	           C Am
then I found you and you helped me through
	    F G
and ya showed me what to do
	         F E
And that's why I'm comin' back to you... yeah!

Chorus:
        Am F G
Like a star that guides a ship across the ocean
	                Am F G
that's how your love will take me home back to you
	   Em Am Em Am
And if I wish upon that star - someday I'll be where you are
    F G F E
I know that day is coming soon - ya, I'm coming back to you.

riff times one

Verse

	            C Am
You've been alone, but ya did not show it
	                F G
You've been in pain, but did not know it
           C Am F G
Let me do what I needed to - you were there when I needed you
         C Am
Mighta let you down, mighta messed you round
	     F G
but ya never changed your point of view
	         F E
and that's why I'm comin' back to you...yeah!

Repeat Chorus
guitar solo
Repeat Chorus

I'm coming back to you Am	F	G
I'm coming back to you Am	F	G
I'm coming back to you Am	F	G
That day is coming soon Am	F	G

I'm coming back to you Am	F	G

I like this song: and its fun to play along with the recording. I just play it with a loose strumming pattern. The open position chords are relatively easy. The F can be played in its basic voicing rather than the full barre. So can the G

F X03211
G 3X0003

(any suggestions or corrections welcome)

~Ghost~
