Alright, that was the intro. Not nearly as hard as it looks.
Ron Wood played this with a Funk style. Very cool. Hopefully the
spacing will give you an idea of the timing.

Now the Verses start. I am going to give a very basic Rhythm guitar
tab for this. There are at least 3 guitars on the recording with keyboards playing a similar riff. But this will get you close.

Guitar 1 (with overdrive)

          ......... ......... .........

e------------2-2-22--------------1-1-11---------------3-3-33-----
b------------3-3-33--------------1-1-11---------------3-3-33-----
g------------2-2-22--------------2-2-22---------------4-4-44-----
d---------0-------------------0--------------------0-------------
a—0h-3h-4-------------0h-3h-4--------------0h-3h-4---------------
e----------------------------------------------------------------

.......... Dots indicate sustain, Let open D string ring

e------------1-1-11--
b------------1-1-11--
g------------2-2-22--
d---------0----------
a—0h-3h-4------------
e--------------------

If I had to pick one of the 3 guitar parts to play, this would be it.
It sounds awesome with a little overdrive. Make sure to let the open
D string ring out and sustain. This is just D, F/D, G/D, F/D played
over and over again.

Guitar 2 – same riff, just chord inversions.

e----------------------------------------------------------------
b------------7-7-77--------------10-10-1010-----------12-12-1212-
g------------7-7-77--------------10-10-1010-----------12-12-1212-
d---------0--7-7-77-----------0--10-10-1010-----------12-12-1212-
a—0h-3h-4-------------0h-3h-4-----------------0h-3h-4------------
e----------------------------------------------------------------

e------------------------
b------------10-10-1010--
g------------10-10-1010--
d---------0--10-10-1010--
a—0h-3h-4----------------
e------------------------

Maybe you can see why I would pick Guitar 1. With Guitar 2 you cannot
let the open D string ring, which gives the F and G chords a
very jazzy sound.

Guitar 3 power chords with overdrive

e---------------------------------------------------------
b---------------------------------------------------------
g----------------10-10-1010----12-12-1212----10-10-1010---
d--12-12-1212----10-10-1010----12-12-1212----10-10-1010---
a--12-12-1212-----8--8--8-8----10-10-1010-----8--8--8-8---
e--10-10-1010---------------------------------------------

This is just D5, F5, G5, F5 power chords.

There is more to this song and I will add it later, but these parts
will enable you to play the song. There is some lead guitar from
the D Minor and D Major Pentatonics 1st positions. I'll tab them later.

Here's the lyrics.

Your love is fading I can feel your love fading
Woman it's fading away from me
'Cause your personal touch has grown cold
as if someone else controls your very soul
I fooled myself long as I can
I can feel the presence of another man
It's there when you speak my name
It's just not the same
Oh honey I'm losing you
I can feel it in the air, it's there everywhere
Oh I'm losing you

I can feel it in my bones
any day you'll be up and gone
Ooh I'm losing you
It's all over your face someone's takin' my place
Could it be that I'm losing you

When I look into your eyes a reflection of a face I see
Oh Lord I'm losing you
I'm hurt, downhearted and worried girl
'cause that face doesn't belong to me

Mmm, Mmm Mmm Mmm

Your love is fadin', I can feel it fadin'
Oh away from me
I can feel it in the air, it's there everywhere
ooh I'm losing you

I don't wanna lose you
but I know I'm gonna groove you
Oh Lord I'm losing you, and I'm a losin' you

Your love is fadin', I can feel it fadin'
Oh Lord I'm losing you
