Laugh, thinking about it now there was actually a young guy at the "Music Live" show on Saturday wearing one, so either they are being re-made or recycled.

I dont unfortunately have an Afghan any more. I mean they stink pretty bad when new, so god knows what it would smell like 30 odd years on.

Power to the people eh ? Wasn't this recorded in the Amsterdam Hilton whilst on honey moon?

I actually prefer "Instant Karma" but not sure if it came out before or after this one. I love the little drum fill in the middle of the last line of each verse and I remember seeing the "Plastic Ono Band" doing it on TOTP and John having a skinhead. Love the references to Citizen Smith, great laugh! brough back memories of Wolfie's potential mother-in-law who always called him foxy and the potential father-in-law who always refered to him as the yettie. Not to mention Wolfie's battle cry "Freedom For Tooting" and his arch enemy Speed.

Now I wonder if Rodders has still got his Afgan coat!
