I've been trying to play some of his stuff (easy ones : Say Yes, No Name #2..) but it's more difficult than it seems to get the right feeling.

His easiest song is probably 2:45 AM--that was the first song I ever tried to play. Just Em, C, and G, with a little bass run thrown in. I'm trying to sound out the intro to Independence Day by ear, but it's pretty hard.
