I had some trouble with the changes in the chorus from Am to Am-Maj7 (had a lot of trouble with that fingering for some reason). I found it much easier to play this section with a barre at the 5th fret. It sounds good and, if you can do barre chords, the changes are very easy. You can try these chords:

Am 577555
Am-Maj7 576555
Am7 575555
D7 x57575

Basically, while holding the barre with your index finger at the 5th fret, you remove your pinky from the Am barre chord and place your middle finger on the D string at the 6th fret for Am-Maj7. Then you remove the middle finger for Am7. Then you move your ring finger from the A string to the D string (at the 7th fret) and place your pinky on the B string of the 7th fret. I've tried to tab the way I play the lead, not just the guitar solo. As we usually have two guitars and a keyboard player in the band I don't do chords ( chores? :wink: ) more than in the bridge part of this song.

BTW, where Wes plays an E note in between the F and D chords, you could try F/Fmaj7/D.....then you're playing a full chord instead of just a bass note....

I had a different version of this song but couldn´t play it very well because of some tricky chords, came across this version and was able to play it 8) So thanks very much (because I absoulutely love this song!!!).

One thing is I´m really missing the solo part when I play it....... Could you not give us the tab for the solo part for this version?? I´m sure I and many other beginners would be eternally gratefull!!!
