The section below is EASY. Bit of practice and i bet it can be perfected within 15 minutes. This is probably the bit that most of you will recognise.

There are different alternatives for this, but i know that this is the one Mushok uses.

Right, now for the second section.

Again you can use either standard or half step down tuning.

Most probably the simplest way to do this

In order the chords go - G, D, Em C.

This above pattern is just the rhythm. You play this constantly throughout the song.

Strumming Information

Just strum each chord once, unless you assume different from listening to the song. To be honest you could strum 2 or even 4 counts, just go with what is comfortable.
