The first one is easy enough. It's called The Entertainer. It's just long. 7 verses long. Only chords needed are C - G - D - Am and Cmaj7 (the easiest one will do). At the end of the song I have a few that look like this. This just reminds me to strike the G chord once and let it ring.

Now the ever popular question is the strumming pattern. That I don't have. I kind of make it up as I go along. I just do a single guitar arrangement thing. the song does get a bit interesting if you mix things up, like partial chord strums here and there and some well timed percussive mutes. Heck, you could probably put a raggae beat to this. It's an open slate.
