Dagwood - standard tuning? Hmm, Jimmy uses the EADADE tuning when he plays it on his double-neck electric, which you just tune the G&B strings up 1 step, and 1 1/2 steps respectivley to A&D, but I've never seen/heard anyone do this in standard tuning. Must make for some pretty interesting chords! :wink: I prefer the DGCGCD tuning myself, as it gives the song that nice low droning sound. 8)

It took me awhile, and I still can't play the whole chord cleanly as fast as you have to jump to it, so I grab the 1st & 2nd strings 2nd fret with my index finger, and the 3rd string 4th fret with my middle finger & strum it, then I'm able to get my pinky down on the 4th string 5th fret for the arpeggio. Then barre with index at 4th fret, play little trill with middle finger, barre with index at 2nd fret, add 4th fret with middle finger. Index finger on 5th string 2nd fret & rest open – strum, and then use your index finger to play the little trill on the 1st string. Ok, you've made it through the 1st part!
