                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[Well, the benefits of having a guitar teacher have been discussed round here many hundreds of times, and we always decide it's better to have one.<br><br>There's no black art to making your own CDs these days. Grab hold of a copy of Audacity, which is a free, yes free, download from   <a href="http://audacity.sourceforge.net/">http://audacity.sourceforge.net/</a><br><br>Plug a mic into your pc - plenty of cheap mics on ebay, or check out prices in your local shop<br><br>Hit record, and play. Then once you're happy with the results you can burn your own CD on your PC or upload a mp3 file to any one of a number of good sites so we can go listen.<br><br>ok - the sound quality might not be what you'd get buying a CD from the shops, but it gets your music out there. And, if you write songs, it doesn't matter if they're written using mostly power chords or contain loads of Gregorian Chant; they're your songs and you should show them off.<br><br>You'll get heaps of replies about this one, all containing good information. Ok i can write a song but i have allways wanted to show other people my songs does any1else have ideas and soon i might upload a song onto the webby to show you all. I have heard of a guitar teacher who can make cds and stuff in his recording studio ...... do u think i should stick with that and wait and see how the CD works out and plus the guitar teacher can get me into gigs so can u guys give tel me weather i should go it alone or go with a teacher.]]></content:encoded>
