I guess what im saying is do I need a lawyer to protect my copywrites or is it sufficient just to mail them in. I know the publishing houses have a blanket copyright number they can use for all publications but what if you are the writer.<br><br>I think i understand that if i find a publisher and thats a big if, my contract is usually done all on their terms.<br><br>i write poetry. i was compiling a small book and searched for a publisher for that and after six months, well, i dropped it for now. The hardest part is getting started if your not known they arent interested. I published a poem with the international poetry site just to get into the book I paid for it myself.]]></content:encoded>
