In the second verse it would be good to carry the repetition:
I'll be your eyes when you go blind
I'll be the one who pulls when your in a bind
I'll be the one who gives you a heart
When your's stops beating You could attempt to use 'I'll be your eyes' throughout this verse or stick to 'I'll be the one'. You obviously will have to change the other words in the verse to fit.
