http://switchesandstrings.com/

Anyone in Chicago have experience with these guys? I just got done doing some recording at Earhole Studios this week, and was griping to the engineer about all the time I was going to spend this weekend offloading my old, unused gear on eBay. He told me they were sick of doing the same the same (buying gear and eventually having to sell it when they didn't want/need it anymore), and had been using this service called Switches+Strings to rent gear for specific sessions, try out new gear, etc.

It essentially looks like Netflix for guitars, basses, amps and pedals. Pretty cool concept - just curious if anyone has been using them. Probably going to give it a shot regardless, as a one month trial is only $1 right now.

Let me know!
