Probably ice it three or four times a day for about 15-20 minutes each time.<br><br>Rest it and ice it for the next couple of days and see what that does for it. <br><br>If the pain is bad enough to take something for it, ibuprofen is supposed to be better at reducing inflammation than other NSAIDs.<br><br>I'm not a doctor nor do I play one on tv, but that's my advice.<br><br>Margaret]]></content:encoded>
