Well, I'm back, after a month or so of being away.

I haven't made much progress with the guitar. I haven't had much time to play it and have been just exhausted lately. My one year guitar anniversery passed. I can't do as much as I thought I would be able to do a year ago. I had a little set back too. I tried barre chords one day, ended up with a sore wrist for almost a week. Couldn't even touch the guitar. So I've decided to stay away from barre chords until I have a teacher to show me how to do it.

I bought a new guitar too. It's an acoustic/electric. The brand is Renaissance. Sounds nice, especially plugged in. Even works well with my Grunge pedal.

Also I've been saving as much money as I can for a new electric. I want a real guitar. No more off brands. Yes, it's snobbish, but oh well. I've had my eyes on a couple Deans and Schecters, so if anyone has opinions on either of those, please post them.

I'll try to get pics of my new guitar and soundbytes as soon as possible.
