I have a Boss DD-3 and when I turn the mode knob any where to the right of the M 200ms the pedal light turns off but it does turn back on when i press the pedal down.

So basically the L 800ms has a hold function on it?

Is this normal? and is there a way to turn this function off?

As i thought that the hold mode was only meant to be able to be used when the mode knob is turned all the way to the right pointing at HOLD.
