It shows you the # of sharps and flats in all keys. <br>Start at C - no sharps or flats - go clockwise and you increase one sharp for every hour - G 1 sharp (G A B C D E F# G) D 2 sharps (D E F# G A B C# D) etc. Go counterclockwise for flats: F 1 flat (F G A Bb C D E F) Bb two flats (Bb C D Eb F G A Bb) etc. <br>2. It tells which notes to sharp / flat - sharps: start at F (first shapr in G), 2 sharps (D major) F AND C, 3 sharps (A major) F, C AND G... Again, for flats start at Bb (F major), 2 flats (Bb major) F AND Eb, 3 flats (Eb major) Bb, Eb and Ab.<br>3.
