The G Major Pentatonic Scale and the E Minor Pentatonic Scale share the same exact notes:<br><br>G Major Pentatonic- G, A, B, D, E<br><br>E Minor Pentatonic- E, G, A, B, D<br><br>The only difference is the root note you start on. <br><br>This applies to all postions of the Minor Pentatonic (5 positions). Shift each position down 3 frets and you will be playing that same position in the Major Pentatonic Scale. <br><br>And of course, all scale positions repeat 12 frets higher up the neck. <br><br>Hope that didn't confuse you.]]></content:encoded>
