Nice list Vic.  :D <br><br>I thought that the two tracks things would be so easy..... haha..  It is great when you nail it though.<br><br>I've managed it with a rhythm track and  a solo over the top, but singing still eludes me.  :? <br><br>To be fair, I only tried it quickly yesterday for the first time. But it was much harder than I thought. I'd assumed it would be easier not having to play and sing at the same time, but boy was I <B>wrong</B>.  I couldn't come in on time, couldn't hear the playing properly, couldn't hold the tune, the key or the volume.....aaaah...disaster!!<br><br>As usual, just a matter of thinking it through, getting the balance right, taking some advice, and then practising it over and over... :wink:]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[The first time you play something someone recognises - without vocals.<br><br>The first time you think "Hey I've just answered a question on the beginner's forum instead of asking one...!!!"<br><br>The first time you record something that sounds good to you....<br><br>The first time you record one of your own songs and it sounds good to you...<br><br>The first time you use more than two tracks to record something...<br><br>The first time you play one of your own songs in the pub and someone says "that was good, where can I find a tab for it?"<br><br>The first time you play along with a song you don't know that well by following other people's chord changes by watching their fingers...<br><br>You play your first open mic, you don't forget the lyrics, and you get through the chord changes without any major mishaps...<br><br>Hmmmmm......all the above have happened to me in the last 18 months...<br><br> :D  :D  :D  :D  :D <br><br>Vic.]]></content:encoded>
