i saw a band called the Cellarbirds once, and their lead singer had an ooooold black Tele, and the paint was worn along the edges. it was a really awesome looking guitar. Anyone from Pennsylvania, might have heard of the Badlees, and the Cellarbirds are basically the Badlees minus the singer. They are the backing band for Jared Campbell, who is a really good singer songwriter not much older than myself.

Yeah, the pickguard has a stainless steel look to it. I also play an Epi LP. I don't know how big a difference it is from the Gibby's.
