                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[If you like the old Dano's there's a shop in the north bay area that does a lot with them.  The owner, "Fat Dawg / Dog" (honest that's the name he uses), loves all that old stuff and apparently bought a 1000 lots of the stuff (partially finished guitars, bodies, necks, etc) that was in warehouses.  He puts it all together with a bit better modern hardware (tuners that stay in tune and intonatable bridges).<br><br>Here's a page from his store's website that shows some of his guitars and has some info on the old Dano's.  <a href="http://www.fatdawg.com/danelectro.html">http://www.fatdawg.com/danelectro.html</a>  He's a real character, mostly in an interesting/charming sort of way.]]></content:encoded>
