                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[I thought I would follow up on â€œNew guitar pickâ€.<br>I've had it a few days and it is pretty . . . <br>It has a bright sound to it . . . but also a little squeaky . . . you could duplicate the sound by using glass I suppose.<br>And the one I got has veins in it and every once in a while a vein will catch on a string . . . <br>not enough to throw me off beat . . . and listening you wouldn't be able to tell but I could feel it catch.<br>It's not exactly what I was hoping for . . . I would like to find a material that is somewhere in between a plastic pick (which makes a flapping noise) and stone which apparently has a squeaky sound . . . <br>I wonder if plexiglass would work . . .<br>Anyway that's my show and tell . . .<br>Here's the picture with the case it came in, another pick, and a quarter for size comparison.<br><a href="http://bellsouthpwp2.net/r/o/rogers22/pick.jpg"><img src="http://bellsouthpwp2.net/r/o/rogers22/pick.jpg"></a>]]></content:encoded>

I was sceptical, but he sent me a couple to try and I found them very easy to use.
