                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[well, i'm pretty sure it's nothing all that groundbreaking, considering that dylan is not a pioneer, but rather a traditionalist, when it comes to guitar playing.  from what i've read on various websites, the passage is referring to the type of movement or feel produced by even versus odd time signatures (usually 4/4 and 3/4), and the different moods produced by certain of chord changes, such as the compelling nature of 5 to 1.<br>i think it's mostly just dylan being poetic about a man whom he considered a giant.]]></content:encoded>
