The only references to that extension that I could find on the 'Net were about tabbed spreadsheets or something that works with Excel.
I can deal with .PTB or .GP3 and higher, but this is a new one to me. Apparently it's the only format for one of the OLGA mirrors. (The mirror in AU uses .GZ, GunZip. If I can download one, WinZip Classic may open those.)
