Doesn't PRS make a strat-a-like, that's more contoured that a strat? The SE EG I think. I thought I'd get allll his signature stuff.
Well, I got his amp. regardless if it's signature or not it's frickin' awesome so I'm happy with it.
But his guitar. It's the look I like, it has the right feel and all that I like. But it's signature.
I don't want to be making a name for myself one day and carrying an Eddie Van Halen guitar in my hand and standing in front of an Eddie Van Halen amp all at the same time.
It's just not my thing..
But anyway

if you're needing a maple fretboard, the only option is going for the Swamp Ash Special... you won't get one for as cheap as a CE though.

they do a SE model which is like the squier/fender or epiphone/gibson relationship. also good guitars.
