                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[So i don't really know where to put this but here goes<br><br>The recent advertising of the SSG has given me an idea. The idea of that forum is to produce, critique, and improve on our own writing and those of other board members. why not apply some of that to the lyrics of professional musicans? ie, take a song that means a lot to you, post it and your interpretation or thoughts, and start a discussion about its themes and technique?<br><br>this is not to denigrate the SSG material. i'm just much better at writing criticism than i am at writing material, and i think that understanding what makes great songs great could prove valuable to everyone, as well as being rather interesting.<br><br>Patrick]]></content:encoded>
