Come to think of it, almost all rock/blues licks can be easily played by novice guitarists...<br><br>If you consider yourself intermediate, then maybe you should start to learn the solos from songs. To me, an "intermediate" lick would be like a solo...<br><br>Good rock/blues solos are:<br><br>Stairway to heaven<br>Spoonful (Cream)<br>White room (")<br>Sunshine of your love (")<br>Freebird (Lynyrd Skynyrd)<br>Blue Sky (The Allman Brothers)<br>and the ultimate blues/rock solo - Machine Gun (Jimi)<br><br>to name a few...]]></content:encoded>
