                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[i have a washburn d10sce acoustic/electric guitar.  i've been playing it for about one year.  i recently changed the strings and noticed that they (the strings) have been cutting into the saddle.  not much, but enough to notice.  <br>is this normal?<br>when should i replace the saddle?  and how do i do that?<br>should i switch to strings that have silk wrapped around the ball end and help protect the saddle?  i know martin makes some strings like that.]]></content:encoded>
