                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[What helped me was to download a program called best practice. This allows you to alter the speed of a backing track without the pitch changing. I then made up a long sweep picking lick to fit the chords of the track and sped the track up as time went on. I found this better than metronome practice.<br><br>Another thing for me was keep my picking hand and arm relaxed. I am no expert on the technique but this helped me get my sweeps to a level where i can use them in my playing.]]></content:encoded>
