I got a Epiphone Valve Junior head from MF not long ago that was not functioning. I called them up, was polite, and got an email from them that included a return label to print up. I taped the box up, with everything as I found it, printed the label, taped it on the box with the Return Authorization number on it that they had given me. I could have had Fed Ex come get it, but I took it to Fed Ex to speed up the process. It was a no big deal thing. Don't be disappointed by buying online. Issues do arise. Be calm, cool and collected until you get the run around from somebody. Then get demanding!
