Fender introduced roller nuts in 1987, but they used the Wilkinson until the middle of 1993. As far as I know, the LSR roller nut has only been factory installed in US made guitars - but Fender has sold a retrofit kit for years, so you might be able to find one that's been modified.

The models I know of that used LSR nuts were the American Standard, American Deluxe, and the Strat Ultra. The trouble is, Fender offers so many different variations - some will have roller nuts, some locking nuts in each of those lines.

Pickups... the Standard has three single coils. Both the Deluxe and Ultra had humbuckers on at least some guitars - I've seen the Ultra with single and doubled single coils, and I've seen it with a humbucker in the bridge position. I recall seeing one with humbuckers at neck and middle, with a doubled single coil in the bridge, but that may have been a custom build. I've seen the Deluxe with a humbucker in the bridge position, but I've also seen it with doubled singles. Fender also made "HM" (Heavy Metal) Strats in several models from 1988-1992 that had one or more humbuckers - or in some cases doubled single coils - but that's before they used the LSR nut.

Neck heel... well, Fenders got a lot of neck profiles, and you can get almost any of them on almost any model. They keep coming out with new combinations of old designs, so it's hard to keep up.
