i`m guessing its to far, so do you know what the problem would be?

i contacted my local guitar tech he charges £50 but the guitar only

cost me £60 (second hand). Did you follow the "basic setup" steps on my web site. If you follow the steps it tells you what it should be and how to adjust it. Fundamentally with nothing fretted the measurement at the 12th fret should be about 5/64 on the low E and 3/64 on the high e. If it buzzes at that height than more than likely the neck relief needs adjusting. If you fret a string at the 1st fret and also at the 14th fret then the measurement at the 6 or 7th fret shout be 10 to 15 thousandths of an inch. of how far the strings should be from the frets?

because they look very close at the 1st and very far from the 14th A picture won't give you that answer. You need to measure it with a ruler. It sounds however like it may be a combination of neck relief and action. If you go to my web site (link below) and go to the maintenance section there are instruction on how to measure and adjust (if you decide to do it) the truss rod and action. Go through all the setup steps taking down the measurements and post them here unless you just want to take a chance and do the adjustment steps on your own.

I`m still a newbie at playing the guitar and i`m having the buzzing problem, it is really cheesing me off now.

the buzz is worst on the E and the B strings, its fine when you first
pluck the string but after about 1 1/2 seconds it kicks in.

iv`e tryed adjusting the action. The top of the neck seems bend up.

the frets are alot farther away that the top.
