I have an 1988 BC Rich ST3 American bass that I'd like to have refurbished.<br>Strip off the old paint job, repaint, new pickups. Thing is, I called around to a bunch of shops and can't seem to find anyone willing to do the work, especially when it comes to the paint job.<br>I live in central Massachusetts.<br>Anybody have any suggestions?<br>Oh, I also contacted BC Rich about having them do it, figured they'd be the best since they built the damn thing (although that was about 3 or 4 owners ago) and they wouldn't do it either. They did offer to make an exact copy of the bass thru their custom shop to the tune of 3000 bucks. Crazy.]]></content:encoded>
