When you put new strings on, make sure to give them a good workout before you tighten the lock nuts down. You can give a pull up on the strings or just go up and down the neck and bend the strings. New strings will stretch a little at first.

Try this.

1)Loosen lock nuts
2)Turn adjustment screws on bridge to middle position where you can tune strings either up or down equally.
3)Tune guitar to pitch using the tuners on the headstock.
4)Make sure bridge is floating parallel to body. When in tune if the bridge tilts forward, the springs underneath must be tightened. If the bridge tilts back, the springs must be loosened a little. May take 3 or 4 attempts, but adjust springs so the bridge floats parallel or even to the body of the guitar when all strings are tuned to pitch.
