I will have my amp turned all the way up and it will still be quiet. Volume and tone knobs work for both pickups. With distortion it sounds almost clean, as if the volume knob was turned almost to 0. I'm very worried because its brand new. Anyways to fix it myself, or is it best to take it to a professional?]]></content:encoded>
