If the truss rod, then, yes, fingerboard has to come off anyway (as mentioned by Noteboat) but this is repairable. Also, many times a cracked neck or snapped headstock is actually repairable even without removing the 'board -- and this would be much easier than finding a replacement set neck (I'm assuming this from your other thread).]]></content:encoded>
