That should give you the optimum output for each pup.<br>I think DiMarzio has something similar to the Duncan page mentioned. Again, not necessarily an endorsement of only that brand, but to get an idea of what types would work best for what you want to do.<br>Re your question about the output of the neck pickup, they're generally the lower of a pair (as in humbuckers) or the lowest of three.<br>What did you have in mind to get hum-cancelling with your singlecoils? (That would be another reason to get a whole set at once, to make sure the middle is RWRP compared to the other two.)]]></content:encoded>

Stock sets are usually constructed in such a way that they complement each other. Replacing just the neck pickup, in a 3-pickup guitar may cause conflicts with the middle pickup, in positions 2 &amp; 4, if the output of the pups is too different.]]></content:encoded>
