You'll have to look at the Dimarzio lever switch to see if it has the same lugs as the one in this diagram, but it should be similar:

Also keep in mind the pots aren't switched when wired this way; the pots and switches are independent, so the pots still function as normal volume and tone regardless of the switch position (up or down.)

You can also use a single push-pull pot to split both pickups at the same time, as in the following diagram:
