20 cents would require a saddle move of over 1/8" (exact amount will vary depending on your scale length).

The first thing I'd do, though, is change strings. What kind of adjustment screws, if any, does it have on the bridge?

If it has screws on the front or back of the bridge they are for adjusting the intonation. The documentation that came with the guitar should tell you how to adjust the intonation if it is adjustable.
