I'm trying to figure out how to wire my new circuit expander for my strat. The problem I'm encountering is that I don't understand where everything is supposed to go. I understand that B+ goes to the possitive battery wire. The other 3 are a bit of a mystery. The one labeled OUT says it goes to Jack Possitive. The one labeled GND goes to the Jack Negative and Recieves the Battery Negative? One is labeled Input. Does this get the wire from the five way that should go to the tone pot that the circuit takes the space of?

Heres the wiring Diagrams so everyone understands whats going on... kindof...
