This is originally a Blind Willie Johnson tune. I first heard Catfish Keith's version on a National baritone tricone in 2001, and it just blew me away. My version's influenced by his and especially by Rollie Tussing III's from his out of print CD "Blow, Whistle, Blow." I can't play like Keith or Rollie, but this one means a lot to me.
