Thanks Ken, yeah, I should use more vibrato. :D But the problem i was mentioning is that the guitar is so badly intonated that it's near impossible to play chords higher up the neck as the strings aren't tuned amongh themselves. The single notes being out of tune are definitely my own fault. I respect your slide skills alot so hope you'll be able to help me if I run into problems. :D

It's in Open G, I think. It's tuned D G D G B D, but according to Guitar Pro open G should be G B D G B D. I tried it but my strings were about to snap, or when tuned down were all flubby. I just noticed that it sounds surprisingly much like Clapton's 'Walking Blues', with the difference that I accidentely modulate to D somewhere along the line. Not quite sure what's up with that, I always end my blues bars in a different key. :?

Are you using an open tuning, or standard? I'm kinda new to slide guitar also, and have been experimenting in Open G tuning.

You've definately got the "feel" for slide, and that's what slide guitar is all about. 8)

As far a ducks are concerned, let me assure you they do exist. They leave me little presents in my backyard on their way from Canada to Florida. :shock: :evil: And your picks are probably being sucked into Slejhamer's pick void! :lol:
