Hmmm, sounds pretty cool, some nice bends. I think you need to just keep playing it till it just come a bit more natual to you. It sounds a bit strained in places, but your playing has come a long way since the last time you posted an mp3 :D Keep up the good work---the dog Thanks smokindog. I've been having lots of stuff at school this year (Heck, I had to stay up late to get this recording done!), so I've been kind of missing out on recording. Thanks for the advice. Yeah, I'm just starting jazz (Well, this was more melodic than jazzy, but I only have one original jazz lick so far, and that in a major key, this is Am BTW), and have really started to see just how complicated it is. From what I can tell so far, you have to be rock solid with your music theory stuff to understand it. I'm still learning about music theory, so I get completly baffled with the jazz stuff. :oops: Hope to take Music Theory (and then Jazz Band) as a class in high school, but I hear it's VERY tough (Like a junior college for Juliard :lol: )
