For the guy that wrote the song and did some of the guitar tracks, that's pretty much how it was. He was amazed at the directions it took, and pretty pleased with the results.]]></content:encoded>

We sent the files as wavs. Everything went to the mixer as 88.2/24bit files<br><br>Luckily, all of us had high speed internet connections, so the file sizes weren't that big of an issue. 8)]]></content:encoded>

It wasn't really intended as a worship piece, although it would work well in a service. More of a celebration of spirituality in all it's shapes and forms.<br><br>The really cool thing about this is that most of the musicians participating in the project never had face to face contact with each other, or even phone conversations. We just sent the files to each other via the internet, with one team member assigned as "point man" to keep everything on schedule and make sure the files got to the assigned mixing and mastering engineers on time. <br><br>Our team (Team Spirit) was scattered across the US and Canada, with one teammate in Japan. With the other teams factored in, it was literally a global collaboration that resulted in some really great music.]]></content:encoded>

It could use a solo instrument to push up the energy/interest and put some edginess on all that polish -- especially, just before the chuckle and spoken part and something again during the outro. Could be sax, guitar, Hammond B3, harp ... <br><br>Is this a worship service piece?]]></content:encoded>
