Got personal orchestra, and gassing like mad for their Jazz band set.

I've been trawling through some of the VSTs that came with nuendo and I'm not impressed. Some of the synths and rnb/hip hop stuff have pretty convincing sounds, but I've yet to find a guitar VST in there that sounds anything like a guitar and, while there are some just-about-passable piano and string sound in there to the ears of someone who doesn't play those instruments, I'm sure anyone proficient in them would loathe the sounds I find passable, lol.

The drum kits are very kewl, though. Perhaps a bit limited (I gotta check if I can link more than one kit together, I'm sure there's gotta be a way), but useable.

Piano comes from The Grand2 (will probably buy the Garritan Steinway when it comes out), drums from Groove Agent, Bass from Trilogy, choirs from Symphonic Choirs (will check out Garritan Choirs when it comes out :P) and synths from Absynth, ARP2600 and a few free ones.

I usually play them in live, most sample libraries give plenty of user control nowadays (for example bow strength, vibrato depth and speed, portamento, staccato, pizzicato etc in the Cello library)
