                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[Hi Rodders<br>I recommend you to test Kristal Audio Engine together with the ASIO2 driver Asio4All.<br>I have had similar problems with Audacity that the forced me to use another recording SW. KAE is more advanced than Audacity and has a higher learn-in threshold.<br>But I like KAE as it supports ASIO2 driver ( gives lower latency/delay problems), has a better handling of VST FX plugins and has a user interface that is more similar to professional recording SW.]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[The problem I have with audacity and I have had it for a while and that is when I record something I get a delay in the sound. I will play something onto it and the sound bounces back a couple of milli-seconds later. This is OK when I'm just laying down one track as I can turn the speakers to my pc down but it becomes a real problem when trying to record over a previously laid down track as I have to have the volume up on the pc.<br>When I first installed the software it worked fine then from out of the blue this started to happen. <br>I have reinstalled it thinking that might help but no.<br>I have ended all programmes running in the background to cut down the usage of the CPU and that didn't help.<br>I'm running windows xp with GB ram on a Pentium 3]]></content:encoded>
