IMO, the cost to upgrade your mixer just for the new pre's (i assume you already have a sound interface for your comp) would be a waste of money. Get a seperate High quality pre-amp if that's what you're wanting.

I don't think an upgrade of the pre-amps would justify buying an entirely new mixer with very few other features as Arjen stated.
