                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[This depends a bit on your situation.  If you are looking to play live on a loud stage (drums, electric guitars), then you should focus on the coil-type pickups that mount in the sound hole.  They don't sound quite as good as some of the bridge-style or internal mics, but they are almost impossible to feedback.  Seymour Duncan makes a nice one of these.<br><br>If you are looking to augment your playing for small gigs or recording, then a bridge pick-up or internal mic might be better.  The above mentioned Fishman is known to be among the best (and most expensive), but you can also go very cheap with a HotDot.<br><br>Hopefully this helps more than it confuses...<br><br>-Laz<br>]]></content:encoded>
