If there's no power transformer, I'd recommend plugging it in through an isolation transformer, or at least using a polarized cord as I mentioned above. <br>It's a cool looking thing! I think it's older than '60s, based on the octal tubes. The 50L6 and 35Z5 had been mostly replaced by the miniature 50C5 and 35W4 by the late '50s. Late '40s to mid '50s would be my guess.]]></content:encoded>
