I just bought a $70 vintage tube amp supposedly off ebay. Not saying it is or isn't, but I've been wanting to do an electronics project outside of my college classes so I bought one that way I'm not starting from ground zero buying a ton of parts (pic at bottom). My college professor said he'd help me work on it if I got it, so I will have some assistance with my safety and double checking of dc bias calculations. First thing I want to do, is take out the tone control and two of the inputs, and turn them into a 3 band equaliser (bass, mid, treble). I would like to go through the design process myself and not just copy schematics, so I was hoping you guys might know frequency ranges that each consist of. Thanks

It's definitely not the most beautiful thing, but I don't care.
